The primary purpose of this position is to lead and supervise the Medical Staff while advancing clinical quality and performance improvement. The role strengthens healthcare delivery across Albuquerque and the surrounding region by fostering community partnerships and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered services that support the organization's mission. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate physicians and advanced practice providers, supporting workforce development and clinical performance. Direct quality improvement, patient safety, credentialing, and clinical governance activities to improve healthcare outcomes. Collaborate with Tribal leadership, healthcare partners, and interdisciplinary teams to strengthen care coordination and advance organizational goals.
