The primary purpose of this position is to exercise first and second level supervisory and managerial authorities over a layer of subordinate supervisors for a Recruiting Group, Plans and Resources Division.
Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Plans and Resources Division. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents Recruiting Group across a variety of installations, functional area organizations and mission partners. Director of Staff, Financial Management, Contracting, Directorate of Strategic Plans, Programs, Directorate of Analyses and Lessons Learned, Directorate of Manpower, Personnel and Services, and subordinate squadron leadership.
