The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to 81 TRSS/TSUL.
Key Responsibilities
Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of 81 TRSS/TS UL, ensuring that Trainer Development section complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents 81 TRSS/TSUL with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
Functions as the primary person responsible for controlling and monitoring the master production schedule, to include evaluating, lead-time changes, assessing unanticipated material/production problems and their impact on existing schedules, controlling priorities and meeting critical milestones. Performs a variety of tasks in support of Training Technology Flight's continuous process improvement.
