You will: Provide leadership, direction, and guidance for the Division to enhance intergovernmental engagement and meet the Agency's cooperative federalism objectives. Provide expert advice to EPA and OCIR senior political and career leadership on intergovernmental relations and associated emerging issues to support decision-making, and strategic and effective engagement. Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities of the Division to foster an environment that empowers employees and meets mission objectives while ensuring accountability. Represent the Agency to a variety of intergovernmental stakeholders to understand their issues and concerns and to impart the Agency's environmental goals and objectives. Review and evaluate the Division's organizational effectiveness and impact on Agency priorities through metrics, grants monitoring, and other applicable methods.
