The primary purpose of this position is to exercise managerial and supervisory authorities as the Chief of Support, overseeing all logistics, administrative, purchasing, communication, technology and equipment support to a National Headquarters, supporting 870 geographically separated programs, over 1,900 faculty and staff world-wide, and more than 12,000 cadets.
Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of Headquarters AFJROTC Support Division, ensuring that all AFJROTC support and activities complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents Headquarters AFJROTC with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Leads/participates in special projects and initiatives and performs special assignments to include long-term planning, functional/technical advice and guidance, and continuity of management. Program Manager and Subject Matter Expert for the Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps Support program.
