DESCRIPTION OF MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: MAJOR DUTIES: Supervises a staff of 3-12 employees, assigns and reviews work assignments on a daily, weekly, or longer basis. Plans work schedules, approves or disapproves leave, determines performance objectives and rates performance. Serves as a recreation assistant in support of recreational activities, applying practical knowledge of recreational activities and skills in the use of recreation materials and facilities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
High School graduate or equivalent. All candidates (to include current employees) are required to include transcripts with their application package.
