The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory personnel assigned to 49th Security Forces Training. To coordinate, implement, and provide training for security forces at an installation.
DUTY 1: Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of security forces training section, ensuring that the training program complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. DUTY 2: Researches, interprets, analyzes and applies proper security guidelines, policies, and regulations. DUTY 3: Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
DUTY 4: Conducts training classes for security forces personnel; prepares lesson plans and teaches formal or informal training courses for personnel in various Security Forces functional activities in accordance with AFI 36-2225. DUTY 5: Represents the training section with a variety of installation and installation organizations.
