Job Summary
This position is in the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA)'s Departmental Administration (DA), Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), Procurement Management, Policy and Workforce Development Division (PWDD). The position serves as the Department's lead for developing, interpreting, and publishing procurement policy and guidance across USDA, and directs the work of other Analysts in this capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Leads the development, review, and publication of USDA policies and procedures, ensuring all policy work products and publications are current, compliant, innovative, understandable, and implementable.
