Key Responsibilities
Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of 11th Civil Engineer Service Contracts section, ensuring that contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities Contract Document Preparation Maintains surveillance over construction contractors to ensure overall compliance with contracted specifications, schedules Represents 11th Civil Engineer Squadron with a variety of installation and functional area organizations
