Job Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor, providing wing planning, and directing, organizing and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned. Employee prepares plans, specifications, cost estimates, and serve as Quality Assurance Evaluator on a variety of recurring/nonrecurring service contracts supporting Aviano AB.

Key Responsibilities

Plans, organizes, and directs the work of the Service Contract, ensuring they comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and meet customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents Civil Engineering with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.

Develops electronic Statements of Work (SOW), Service Delivery Summary (SDS), Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP), government estimates, technical evaluation criteria, and incentive plans for all contracts including to ensure wing objectives are met. Develops and prepares estimates and schematic outlines while keeping abreast of emerging technologies to ensure program development will not prematurely become obsolete.
