Job Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the primary advisor to installation commander and first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) Office at Air Force Installations or Space Force Deltas.

Key Responsibilities

Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the installation SAPR program and ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents the SAPR program with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.

Supports the Supervisory SAPR Program Administrator and Specialists comprehensively in all functional duties on SAPR-related matters, providing seamless support, as needed. Eliminates work problems or barriers to mission accomplishment, including evaluation of installation specific needs.
