You will serve as a SUPERVISORY TECHNICIAN (BRANCH MANAGER) in the Energetics Manufacturing Technology Department (M), Operations Support Division (M3), Equipment & Maintenance Engineering Branch (M32) of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13 and GS-14. This position may be eligible for Supervisory Pay Differential of up to four (4) percent.
Key Responsibilities
You will perform standard personnel duties, conduct performance reviews, establish development and training plans, assign tasking, review and staff documentation and reports, and monitor cost, schedule, performance, and quality on assigned projects.
