Located in the Bureau of Administration, Global Operations, Logistics Operations Directorate, Office of Regional Logistics Centers, New York Despatch Agency (A/GO/OPS/RLC/NY). Functions as a key advisor to management and recognized authority on import/export freight forwarding traffic management programs for the Department and Foreign Affairs Agencies.
Responsible for directing, integrating, evaluating, planning, organizing, and improving operations of separate functions within the office.

Plans, directs, organizes, evaluates, coordinates, and integrates the import/export freight services program efforts of the New York Despatch operations to achieve efficient and effective logistics support.
