The primary purpose of this position is to serve as second in charge of Youth Programs (to the Branch Chief, Youth Programs) and to supervise youth program staff in Youth Center/Teen Center/School Age Program facilities.
Serves as Assistant Youth Program Director (to the Youth Program Branch Chief). Supervises IHA, NAF and APF personnel through subordinate leaders in youth program. Administers Youth Program resource funds and resources. Provides a safe and healthy environment for youth. Develops marketing strategies to promote and publicize the youth program and increase awareness and participation.
