The primary purpose of this position is to perform as Supply Management Specialist, providing planning, organizing, and direction over material control and supply efforts for the Operations Engineering Element.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the management and control of all activities related to the 319th Civil Engineer Material Acquisition Element. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management. Ensures the maintenance of audible records; controls processing of supply documents and maintains supporting document control files.

Manages the operation and maintenance of all Civil Engineering (CE) warehousing facilities to ensure adequate storage and movement of all CE materials of which the dollar value may exceed $4 million. Utilizes the Intermediate Work Information Management Systems (IWIMS), Civil Engineer Material Acquisition System (CEMAS), Standard Base Supply System (SBSS) and similar automated management information systems in identifying problem areas.
