The primary purpose of this position is to serve as Quality Assurance (QA) Evaluator for the Materiel Management Flight with responsibility for evaluating materiel management logistics programs and personnel.
Serves as the Materiel Management Quality Assurance Evaluator. Evaluates unit logistics readiness procedures, including locally developed forms, publications, Operating Instructions, checklists, etc., for accuracy, intent, and necessity. Analyzes evaluation data and presents results to leadership in various formats. Highlights and identifies underlying causes of poor quality in logistics.
Makes recommendations for improving effectiveness of all materiel management logistics processes. Provides technical advice. The QA Evaluators will serve as the flight's primary technical advisory agency, assisting logistics readiness supervision at all levels to resolve quality problems, develop corrective action strategies, and enhance the overall quality of logistics processes.
