Job Summary
About the Position: Serves as Chief, Information Management Office (IMO)/Systems Administrator at a U.S. Army Transportation Command (ARTRANS).
Responsible for Systems Administrator, plans and carries out difficult and complex assignments and develops new methods, approaches and procedures; provides advice and guidance on a wide range and variety of complex IT issues; interprets IT policies, standards and guidelines; conducts analyses and implements resolution of complex issues.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for organization's IT Section which include Customer Service, Computer Training, Programming, Network Management, Operations, Multimedia, Data Communications, and Video Teleconferencing.

The specialized experience must include, or be supplemented by, information technology related experience (paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training, as appropriate) which demonstrates each of the four competencies, as defined:
