The following are the duties of this position at the full working level. If this vacancy includes more than one grade and you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform these duties and receive training to help you grow in this position.
Serves as the Performance Coordinator that includes controlling, reviewing, monitoring, and validatingall performance evaluation reporting systems and associated reports including Work Planning andControl (WP&C), Release/Recall listings, and individual performance reports. Provides monthly inputand timely extraction and analysis of release/recall information to ensure validity prior to use.
Serves as the Operation's expert and point of contact on performance issues, resolving problems andconducting training for measured and unmeasured employees. Inputs, monitors, and validates WP&C data. Identifies discrepancies and trends for the manager toanalyze and determine a course of action.
Performs extensive workflow and operational reviews and prepares comprehensive program analyses toevaluate the effectiveness of program operations and workflow in meeting established goals andobjectives. Conducts briefings to communicate findings, advice, and course of action, implementationplans, directives, and guidelines. A college or university degree generally must be from an accredited (or pre-accredited) college or university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
