Job Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to Serves as the JWAC Technical Director and senior technical authority, providing expert direction and strategic guidance for all technical activities that support the JWAC mission.
Key Responsibilities
-Establishes the technical vision and framework for center-level policies, programs, and systems to advance JWAC's strategic objectives. -Serves as a primary technical advisor to the Director and represents JWAC's technical equities with higher headquarters, industry partners, and other external organizations. -Orchestrates major research, development, and evaluation programs to build and sustain critical internal capabilities.
-Ensures the technical integrity, quality, and accuracy of all major mission-related tasks and deliverables across the organization. -Bridges business development, growth and strategy, engineering, and execution to sustain delivery excellence and year-over-year expansion.
