As a Technology Enablement Specialist, you will serves as a senior liaison engaging with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and other federal agencies to formulate and execute strategies for identifying and procuring emerging technologies. Location of position: Washington, DC; Atlanta, GA; Philadelphia, PA; and Chicago, IL. We are currently filling two vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.
Evaluates, analyzes, and assesses emerging industry tools, technologies, and best practices on IT products, solutions, and services to identify and champion opportunities for substantial optimization, innovation, and strategic advancement of agency processes and capabilities, operating with exceptional independence and expert authority.
Provides authoritative recommendations, expert technical advice, guidance, and strategic insights on the adoption, implementation, and effective utilization of these tools and associated processes. Directs, leads, and coordinates the development, coordination, and implementation of government-wide strategic sourcing initiatives for complex, enterprise-level IT products, services, and solutions. Supports agencies in integrating solutions into their acquisition workflows.
Works closely with stakeholders to ensure these tools are interoperable with existing agency systems, scalable across diverse acquisition environments, and fully aligned with federal security and data requirements, enabling consistent and effective adoption across government. Supports development, standardization, and continuous improvement of systems, tools, templates, and best practices to strengthen software contract and license management across federal agencies.
