The primary purpose of this position is to provide technical advice, relate user requirements to existing technology, serve as an implementation program specialist and monitor installation telecommunications programs and/or systems, and serve as a manger/monitor for installation telecommunications systems plans, programs, and policies for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Implements telecommunication programs and special projects. Provides technical assistance/guidance to system users, program manager, and contracting personnel. Plans and develops methods, procedures, policies, and techniques concerning telecommunications systems. Develops statements of work for telecommunications projects. Prepares budget, technical reports, staff studies, and briefings. Provides customer assistance and/or training for assigned telecommunications systems.
