The primary purpose of this position is to provide technical advice; relate user requirements to existing technology; serve as in implementation program specialist and monitor installation telecommunication programs and/or systems for the organization.
Implements telecommunication programs and special projects. Serves as technical advisor. Plans and develops methods, procedures, policies, and techniques concerning telecommunication systems. Develops statements of work for telecommunications projects. Prepares budget, technical reports, staff studies, and briefings. Provide customer assistance and/or training for assigned telecommunication systems.
