You will serve as a TELECOMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST in the LITTLE CREEK BASE COMMUNICATIONS OFFICE (BCO), HAMPTON ROADS BCO DIVISION, EXTERNAL SUPPORT DEPARTMENT at the NAVAL COMPUTER AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS AREA MASTER STATION ATLANTIC.
SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE: Applicants may substitute the following education for the required experience, provided it demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to do the work of the position: Successfully completed a Ph.D.
or equivalent doctoral degree in electrical or electronic engineering, mathematics, physics, public utilities, statistics, computer science, telecommunications management, information systems management, business administration, industrial management, or other fields related to the position to be filled; OR Successfully completed three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D.
or equivalent degree in electrical or electronic engineering, mathematics, physics, public utilities, statistics, computer science, telecommunications management, information systems management, business administration, industrial management, or other fields related to the position to be filled; OR Successfully completed an LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled.
COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be combined to meet the total qualification requirements for the position. Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the qualification requirements if the applicant can provide documentation indicating that the foreign education is comparable to that received in an accredited educational institution in the United States.

The posted pay range is $75788 – $103584/yr.
