Job Summary

To accomplish the repositioning and moving of various types of PDM aircraft (B-52's, E-3's, B-l B's, KC/RC 135's, C-130's, and E-6's) in rework hangars and other various airframes and offload/load flight safety equipment (-21).
Key Responsibilities
Operate and supervises specialized heavy-duty tow tractors where maneuverability is restricted, and accuracy is critical Tractor operators must perform the most difficult aircraft moves. Inventories Life Support equipment (-21) upon arrival and departure of PDM aircraft. Operates diesel/gas/electric powered forklift trucks capable of lifting loads weighing less than 15,000 pounds as high as 168 inches. Utilizes Safety Practices.
