Job Summary
This position is located within Environmental Management Service at the Mid-Atlantic Healthcare Network in Asheville, NC.
Key Responsibilities
Duties include but may not be limited to: Operates farm-type tractors, backhoe attachments and front end loaders; Operates trucks for delivery of items from one area to another, such as supplies, equipment, etc.; Operates mowers to mow lawns, to remove leaves, to remove snow, clean parking lots, roads, sidewalks, entranceways, and to remove and replace soil; Performs daily cleaning and maintenance of tractor, truck and all equipment used; Performs backhoe operations and snow/ice removal; Plants trees, shrubs and flower beds; Keeps trash and debris removed from roadways, sidewalks and entrances; Performs other duties as assigned Work Schedule: 6:00am-2:30pm; 40-hour week which will include one weekend day (Evenings and holidays possible based on weather/needs of the Service) Recruitment & Relocation Incentives: Not authorized Critical Skills Incentive (CSI): Not approved
