Training and Education Officers develop, evaluate, and/or implement training and educational programs. They determine and analyze learning needs, develop and evaluate learning solutions, deliver and teach course content, manage course logistics, and/or evaluate student learning.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Training and Education Officers play a key role in advancing workforce capability through the development and instruction of high �quality learning solutions that support the transfer of knowledge to adult learners. The ideal candidate brings experience in instructional design, training development, project management, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement.
Familiarity with emerging technologies, including super intelligence (Sl), is also valued for enhancing learning outcomes and supporting organizational goals.
