You will serve as a Training Coordinator with Bureau of Reclamation Reclamation is seeking a career professional looking for an opportunity to capitalize on their expertise as a Training Coordinator. Duty Location: Shasta, CA This is not a remote position. First time hires to the Federal government normally start at the step 1 rate.
Serves as a Training Coordinator working with customers to establish training priorities, schedule training, resolve scheduling conflicts, and coordinate training resources. Disseminates guidance and training information, and coordinates with staff to synchronize resources for all training. Assists with developing training plans and programs. Works with managers to advise and provide guidance for implementation of training and to improve training. Assists personnel to enable attendance on critical training courses and maintains records of attendance and completion. Maintains the information in the training database with the information in DOI Talent and keeps information in the two systems synchronized. Proctors all aspects of the training program. Ensuring that training evaluations are conducted and turned into the Training Office for all on-site training.
This position does not allow substituting education for experience.
