The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Training Program Specialist implementing, conducting, and coordinating training while managing Standardization/Evaluation (S tan/Eval) program requirements, testing and inspections, and advice and assistance in meeting program requirements. Duties: Plans, coordinates, designs, and validates major components of operational training and Stan/Eval testing.
Conducts training on Center s weapons systems applications as part of indoctrination, upgrade, and qualification training. Plans, organizes, evaluates AOC operations as Stan/Eval specialist and manager. Program Management and Subject Matter Expert. Supports oversight of the commander[ s CMR program.
