The primary purpose of this position is to design and integrate educational multimedia and interactive multimedia technology into comprehensive instructional programs, training materials, and evaluation tools for diverse learners.
Develops instructional materials for instructor-led courses and projects, leveraging modern technologies to optimize learning outcomes and achieve educational objectives. Designs and develops Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI), Computer-Based Instruction (CBI), and Technology- Enhanced Learning (TEL) materials that leverage strategically selected technological applications to enhance learning outcomes and achieve educational objectives.
Conducts thorough analysis of instructional materials to identify and prioritize the most relevant and critical content, ensuring alignment with educational outcomes and objectives. Conducts thorough reviews of instructional materials to ensure alignment with established learning objectives, utilizing a systematic approach to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of training products.
Creates and integrates visual media solutions that effectively communicate complex educational and instructional concepts, leveraging expertise in multimedia design and development.
