Key Responsibilities
The candidate selected for this position will: Design, implement and coordinate professional and Corporate training programs and services that align with the Corporation's strategic plan, mission, goals and objectives. Administer the agency's Learning Management System (LMS) in support of the agency-wide training programs. Manage assigned non-supervisory development programs for agency employees designed to improve their education and skill for career enhancement.
