THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a TRAINING TECHNICIAN, Position Description Number T6380000 and is part of the PA 171st Air Refueling Wing, National Guard. 1 or more Position(s) may be hired against this Announcement.
Key Responsibilities
As a Training Technician, GS-1702-09, you will oversee Group Training Programs and Subordinate Unit Compliance. Coordinate Career Development Course (CDC) and Upgrade Training Oversight. Validates and tracks all CDC actions, waiver requests, and reenrollments from subordinate units. Conduct Staff Assistance Visits (SAVs) and Evaluates Unit Training Programs. Manage Formal Schools and Distance Learning Integration.
Support Commander-Level Board Processes and Force Development Initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Education
If you are using Education to qualify for this position, master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related You must provide transcripts or other documentation to support your Educational claims. To receive credit for Education, you must provide documentation of proof that you meet the Education requirements for this position.

The posted pay range is $63815 – $82965/yr.
