The primary purpose of this position is to provide information and advice to military and civilian personnel regarding their entitlements for domestic and international shipment and storage of personal property (e.g.

household goods, unaccompanied baggage, privately owned vehicles, and special items such as mobile homes and large boats) for all personnel.

Key Responsibilities

Counsels and advises military and civilian personnel on the domestic or international movement of personal property based on an analysis and interpretation of transportation tariffs, entitlements, and and/or classifications or rate structure. Calculates costs, or reviews and verifies shippers' invoices for proper charges. Maintains travel and passenger traffic records, reports, and correspondence.
