The primary purpose of this position is: To provide continuity in all facets of Passenger Service operations while providing the best in customer service for DoD eligible travelers utilizing Air Mobility Command (AMC) aircraft for official and or leisure travel. Counter Functions. Provides a variety of information to active duty, retired military, dependent, and civilian passengers such as flight information, seat availability, dress codes, border clearance requirements, entitlements, and any other flight requirements. Passenger Processing. Sets up flight for passenger processing. Ensures counter is ready for processing and money tray is signed out and available. Motor Vehicle Operation. Transports passengers to and from aircraft on passenger buses, Assists passengers boarding and deplaning aircraft. Passenger Assistance. Coordinates movement of delayed or diverted space required passengers.
