The primary purpose of this position is: to function as a transportation specialist providing strategic and operational analysis and decision making in support of planning, development and execution of transportation/logistics policies and programs supporting air transportation passenger, cargo, and mail.
Performs research, conducts studies and analysis dealing with transportation transaction generation, movement, aircraft utilization and pipeline performance, while exercising a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of AMC airlift operations. Analyses, evaluates, interprets, and aligns airlift channel cargo and passenger data for TWCF airlift billing system. Provides expertise, assistance, and creates guidance on airlift transportation related information.
Analyses Disputes, Challenges, Suspense Billing Research. Manages Customer Service interactions with TWCF airlift billing system.
