Key Responsibilities
As a Unit Program Coordinator, GS-0303-07, you will support the administration of military personnel management programs including requesting personnel actions such as promotions, evaluations, awards, and leave. Assist commanders, supervisors, and employees in understanding personnel policies and procedures. Assist higher graded specialists in areas critical to unit operations, ensuring adherence to Air Force policies.
Serve as a point of contact for unit personnel and leadership regarding personnel management and administrative support. Perform Other Duties as Assigned.
