THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a UNIT PROGRAM COORDINATOR (TITLE 32), Position Description Number NGD3021000 and is part of the TN 118th WING, Air National Guard. This vacancy is not eligible for membership to a labor organization.
As an UNIT PROGRM COORDINATOR, GS-0303-07, you will support the administration of military personnel management programs including requesting personnel actions such as promotions, evaluations, awards, and leave. Assist commanders, supervisors, and employees in understanding personnel policies and procedures. Assist higher graded specialists in areas critical to unit operations, ensuring adherence to Air Force policies. Serve as a point of contact for unit personnel and leadership regarding personnel management and administrative support.
