THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a UNIT PROGRAM COORDINATOR (TITLE 32), Position Description Number D3021000 and is part of the IL 182 AW, National Guard.
As a UNIT PROGRAM COORDINATOR (TITLE 32), GS-0303-5/6/7, you will assist the lead CSS in managing daily administrative and unit-level support, execute assigned programs in line with the Personnel Services Delivery Guide (PSDG) and support training of personnel to maintain mission readiness and compliance with Air Force policies. Major Duties - This is NOT an all-inclusive list: Serve as a program analyst with responsibility for a variety of management and program analysis functions. Gather and analyze a variety of program data, prepares and presents analytical summaries, and makes recommendations for action based on findings. Develop, analyze, and advise on the effectiveness of work methods and procedures. Prepare detailed plans, justifications, and schedules for the conduct of studies. Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents on study findings and recommendations. Prepare and deliver briefings to senior management on study findings and recommendations.. Utilize a variety of software applications and automated systems to track, analyze, and report on program data.
