This position is located in the Bureau of Consular Affairs, Visa Services Directorate, Information Management and Liaison Staff (CA/VO/I). The mission of VO/I includes: Visa Systems Development, working with the office of Consular Systems and Technology (CA/CST) to design and deploy new releases of all visa-related applications.
Serves as a policy and foreign affairs advisor to the Bureau of Consular Affairs on issues relating to the use of biometrics in the border security process, exit-entry processing, border management, travel documentation and travel facilitation
