The primary purpose of this position is to plan, implement, administer, and counsel on Military and Family Readiness Center's (M&FRC) career, transition, relocation, family, and other work/life services and activities provided to military members, retirees, Department of War (DoW) civilian members, and their families.
1. Develops and uses self/community assessments, and various measurement tools to identify trends, organizational needs, and service and unit demographic profiles. Evaluates and interprets data to identify and clarify issues and concerns; determines appropriate course of action to positively affect work/life relationships, mission readiness, recruitment and retention. 2.
Develops, implements, and manages installation work/life services programs, establishing goals, objectives, procedures and plans in accordance with applicable state and DoD, Department of the Air Force (DAF) and other federal guidance, regulations, and laws. 3. Identifies, advises, and consults with key leaders on positive sustainable efforts that foster an environment of trust and responsiveness to various organizational work/life issues. 4.
Designs and establishes marketing and public relations strategies to ensure target populations are informed of services and activities. Researches, writes articles, and prepares and delivers presentations on services and activities.
