Job Summary

About the Position: Serves as Executive Assistant for the District Commander and Executive Office Command Group with responsibility for administrative management of support services to include personnel, manpower, budget functions and wide variety of essential administrative support functions. Utilizes a practical understanding of mission requirements and priorities, policies, organization structure, functions, procedures, processes, and principles of management.

Key Responsibilities

As the Executive Office’s primary administrative assistant, responsible for all aspects of travel, calendar management, and specific command requirements.
