About the Position: This announcement is a planned management action (PMA). A PMA is a promotion of an employee through competitive procedures when an encumbered position (i.e., not a vacancy) has been upgraded as a result of the addition of higher-graded duties.

The Area of Consideration is limited to, USACE, Northwestern Division, Seattle District, Libby Dam or Albeni Falls Dam Project employees; however, consideration will also be given to Army employees with competitive status.
