This position is located in the DEA, Operations Division, Office of Operations Management (OM) This position(s) primary purpose is to provide a full range of support and management services in such functions as office management, personnel management, property/space management, financial management, procurement, general office services, and office supplies, and equipment, as well as various administrative activities within the office.
As a Administrative Support Specialist your typical work assignments may include: Establishes, files and maintains, office records/files. Updates and enters data into electronic files or systems. Conducts periodic inventory of equipment and property utilization. Researches and resolves general issues related to employee pay and leave. Performs a wide range of administrative duties to support the procurement of supplies, property and services.
