Key Responsibilities
You will serve as a Human Resources Generalist in the Human Resources Division of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division.
Requirements & Education
TO QUALIFY FOR NT-4: Education may be substituted for specialized experience as follows: A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; OR Three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; OR An LL.M., if related to the position being filled; OR A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
TO QUALIFY FOR NT-3: Education may be substituted for specialized experience as follows: A master's or equivalent graduate degree; OR Two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's or equivalent graduate degree; OR An LL.B. or J.D., if related to the position being filled; OR A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
TO QUALIFY FOR NT-2: Education may be substituted for general experience as follows: Successful completion of a full four-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree; OR A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
