You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst in the EMPLOYEE SERVICES DIVISION of the COMPTROLLER DEPARTMENT of NSWC PHILA DIV. This position is equivalent to the GS-9/10 level when filled at the NT-3 level. The full performance level is equivalent to the GS-11/12 level. This position is equivalent to the GS-11/12 level when filled at the NT-4 level. The full performance level is equivalent to the GS-11/12 level.
Key Responsibilities
You will perform comprehensive financial management analysis supporting civilian payroll operations, time and attendance administration, and labor cost reconciliation for organizational programs and activities.
Requirements & Education
NT-3: Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree OR Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree OR Possession of an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to this position being filled.
