Key Responsibilities

What to Expect Installs, inspects, repairs, troubleshoots and recognizes the cause of faulty equipment and makes repairs on large systems that provide a variety of air conditioning functions such as heating, cooling, humidifying, dehumidifying, cleaning, filtering and circulation for large office buildings with various electronic equipment.

Repairs domestic and commercial refrigeration and air conditioning units and systems, such as walk-in and reach-in coolers, refrigerators, freezers, ice-makers, water fountains, self-contained and remote compressor units, and other equipment of comparable complexity to maintain proper humidity and circulation. May be required to stoop, stretch, crawl, climb, bend and kneel for long periods of time.

Lifts and carries objects up to 45lbs independently and objects over 45lbs with assistance. Performs other related duties as assigned.
