You will serve as the Deputy Regional Human Resources Director (Deputy RHRD) for the Department of the Navy (DON), Office of Civilian Human Resources (OCHR), Overseas Program Center (OPC), Pacific Region. You will assist the Regional Director in developing and directing strategic civilian HR operations, workforce planning, and program delivery across the region. ***ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED.

Key Responsibilities
You will serve as an advisor to the OPC Regional Director to develop and execute regional HR programs, including recruitment/staffing, labor/employee relations, classification, HR Information Systems, HR assessment, and process improvement.
