Job Summary

About the position: Serves as an Attorney-Adviser (Labor) in the DHA Office of General Counsel.This position is located in Fort Bliss, TX. This position is in the Excepted Service and does not confer competitive status. This is a GS-13 full performance level GS-14 position. Management may choose to fill the position at either the GS-13 or GS-14 level.

Key Responsibilities

Advises DHA command on civilian personnel law, labor relations and equal employment law issues
