Job Summary

Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Operations Support, Immediate Office of the Executive Assistant Commissioner, located in Washington, DC. Key Responsibilities

The Audiovisual Production Specialist is a multi-faceted position that requires the incumbent to provide the full range of technical and administrative production to Operation Support's offices/directorates by editing a variety of audiovisual media for production by using established procedures and standard equipment. This position requires the planning, organizing, and coordinating of all support required for a successful completion of video and graphic projects.

This position starts at a salary of $121,785.00 (GS-13, Step 1) to $158,322.00 (GS-13, Step 10) The major duties for this announcement are listed below but not limited to: Producing, directing, and managing audiovisual projects from concept to completion. Designing, editing, and integrating visuals, graphics, and scripts to communicate key messages. Planning and organizing pre-production logistics, including site visits and scheduling.

Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting audiovisual equipment to ensure high-quality production. Training staff and coordinating resources to support efficient project execution.
