WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Biologist, you will use your knowledge and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by: Conducting laboratory studies by processing and analyzing biological specimens, modifying established methods as needed, documenting results, and preparing scientific reports to support public health investigations.
Conducting laboratory experiments by preparing study materials, operating and calibrating laboratory instruments, adapting procedures as needed, and evaluating experimental results to ensure accurate and valid data. Preparing and communicating scientific findings by developing reports, presentations, publications, and data visualizations, maintaining laboratory records, and providing training on laboratory procedures and equipment.
Foreign Education: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show that the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
