You will serve as a Budget Analyst at Fort Davis National Historic Site. The incumbent independently performs routine budget analyst duties. Assists with the development, preparation, and revision of the unit budget; and in the preparation of instructions to managers regarding funding estimates and budget planning for the coming fiscal year.
The major duties of the Budget Analyst position include, but are not limited to, the following: Serve as a consultant and advisor in all phases of budget and related financial management matters. Formulate and execute broad financial plans and policies affecting the authorization and use of funds.
Review and analyze financial plans and summaries prepared for comparison of budgets to allowances; determine significant deviations and reasons, and recommends corrective action, where necessary. Responsible for the formulation and effectuation of plans, procedures, standards and methodscovering all phases of the budgeting allocatoins, apportionments and financial controls.

Transcripts must include your name, school name, grades, credit hours earned, major(s), grade point average or class ranking, and date the degree was conferred, if applicable. A typed list of courses, grades, semester/quarter hours, GPA, etc. will not be accepted. Non-submission may result in being rated not qualified for the position.

Foreign Education: To receive credit for education completed outside the United States, you must show proof that the education has been submitted to a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign educational credentials and such education has been deemed at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education programs.
